I’ve got several custom invitation orders right now, but this one is near and dear to my heart because it forced me to learn a lot of bells and whistles of Photoshop. I can say that I probably expanded my design abilities by 200% just by uncovering some amazing features!

This is a generic version of my Neon Zebra design for a 5×7 card to go with the Neon party supplies at Party City. It’s great for an older child as neon is really in right now (my former high school students were always decked in neon). It can be customized as needed, and the file costs just $5 for unlimited prints at your photo printer. I personally recommend PrintRunner.com because you can do an awesome high-gloss UV coating for cheap and I can add bleed area to any file if needed. What do you think? I’m going to start stocking my Etsy store again soon with some of my designs to make it easier to preview/purchase.

for some reason neon strikes me as very 80s but as my mom says, fashion repeats itself… the texture of this one looks really cool against the bright colors. i do like that a lot.
